  Great office, friendly staff. Dr. is very nice. I was only planning on purchasing one pair of glasses but the technician said I looked great in another pair so I left with two pairs today. Very excited to try them on.

  They did a fantastic job with both of my boys eye exams. I have a 7yr old and an 18yr old, they were very polite and patient with them. They helped us fast and got us out in a timely manner.

  I was hesitant at first to post this review as I typically like to give the benefit of the doubt. First let me start by saying that the front desk staff and assistants were great! However Dr. Conner is another story. I could care less about the fact that he doesn't have much of a personality, that's not why I'm there. I'm there to have my eyes checked, prescription lenses updated (if needed), and everything explained in detail without me having to prompt for responses. The prescription I was given was a serious step back from my current (2yr old) prescription. Upon bringing this to the attention of Dr. Conner, he used my previous prescription from a different eye doctor and literally copy / pasted everything except the axis which he used from the exam he conducted. This new prescription is still worse than my previous prescription. So all of this is to say, I feel cheated! Not only am I out my insurance benefits, but over $300 out of pocket for the glasses that are of no use to me now. What I find concerning is there are other reviews that mention extremely similar experiences to what I've just stated above. Yet the message from the website attempts to paint a different picture: "Our optometrist takes the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing and treating potential vision problems." That state couldn't be further from the truth! I'd seriously consider looking elsewhere for your eye care.

  We were able to make back to back appointments for my daughter and myself and got in fairly quickly. The appointments are quick but thorough. I always purchase my glasses from Zenni Optical but today we bought a pair from the office for my daughter and they were quite affordable. They accept many insurances and for those that choose to pay cash - that's also an economic route.

  Everyone was very helpful! The girls at the desk helped me decide between 2 frames and the man I ordered the glasses from had helpful suggestions and was very patient! A great staff!
