It is a learning, welcoming environment where you are supported on your individual health journey. I travel often for work (and fun) and I always miss it when I’m gone. Go. Just try it!!

Meg was an excellent instructor who kept a good pace going in both classes we took. I would definitely recommend this club.

The instructors have all been amazing and really helpful for a beginner like me 🥰 the studio is always tidy and I never have to worry about the cleanliness of the equipment I’m using. Overall it has been an amazing experience for me and I highly recommend trying one of the 30 minute intro classes to whoever is interested!
