  Great first experience! Loved the studio and the front desk attendant was a literal ray of sunshine. Our instructor Nichola was super knowledgeable and easy to follow.

  I have recently started taking classes at Club Pilates Woodinville. I felt very comfortable and welcomed since day one and am really enjoying the classes with different instructors. Pilates is such an awesome all body workout!

  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I found out about Pilates from a Saturday Night Live sketch, a horror movie parody. I laughed, looked it up, and now I’m a completely different person. You can’t make this stuff up. Here’s my situation: I had spinal fusion surgery at 20, roughly 23% of my spine, spent 30 years managing pain and limited movement, and had pretty much accepted that this was just… life now. My muscles had forgotten they existed. Getting out of bed was an event. Then I walked into Club Pilates. Twenty-one months later? Forty pounds gone. Pain that used to run my day is now background noise. I move freely in ways I genuinely thought were behind me. And my mom, who watched the whole transformation, decided she wanted in. She’s been coming with me for over a year now. Pilates didn’t just change my life; it gave us something to do together. Su Rain deserves her own paragraph. She learned my history, understood my limitations, and never once made me feel like a project. She challenges me while keeping my specific limitations in mind, watches my posture and breathing, and offers alternative movements when needed, so I don’t hurt myself. That matters more than I can say. If you’re on the fence, especially if you’re dealing with something big physically, just go. Tell your instructor everything. Consider a private class or two first, so you learn your own body. Then show up consistently and trust the process. It’s slow, it’s cumulative, and one day you’ll realize you’re doing things you thought were permanently off the table. All because of an SNL sketch. Honestly? Best punchline ever.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  They were really sweet, it was a nice class where if I was doing something wrong they very kindly helped me. Overall a great place to go for Pilates.
