I get to cover different shifts for different staff, I love to hear their clients stories of how amazing their caregivers are and how much their caregivers do for them. A client for example said I have bad back problems and my caregiver cleans and scrubs my tub and bathroom very well I appreciate my caregiver so much. Another client said im diabetic and my caregiver takes very good care of me Iam so blessed have a caregiver like her. These are the kind of conversations I love to hear very heart warming.

New guy supposed to show up last week as a substitute and this week to start being my grandfather's caregiver. Tried called to change hours THEY assigned last week and got voicemail. My grandfather is a veteran and the VA approved more hours and Addus chose how they were used before we decided.
