  The worst!! Poor scheduling. No back up. Everyone quits after a week because they can't handle it. Almost everyday my elderly parents are left alone and Addus can careless. They do not return calls. They do not let you know when a aid calls off and never replaces the aid that called in sick. The manager/director has no compassion and is quite rude. I do not understand how the state can allow this kind of treatment to the elderly. These people abandon their patients and it should be against the law. Shame on Addus and shame on Washington State Long Term Care.

  Had the opportunity to meet with the lead dispatcher at the Walla Walla branch and it was truly remarkable to see how efficiently they fielded the insane amount of calls during the short time I was in there! I was truly impressed with their ability to maintain composure while addressing so many calls from community members! Bravo!

  Not even a personal experience in your facility but one of your associates decided to park in the alley way that clearly stated no parking between 5am-8pm. Stopping traffic after clearly seeing someone driving right behind her with a blinker. Stepped out and demanded we just wait in the alley way for her to get something. Even though there was parking spots at the bank if she really needed to. Instead she was rude and acting as if she had a right to stop traffic because she worked there. If the sign states no parking between 5am-8pm there is no exceptions except a cargo vehical, her working at the business doesnt give her the right to stop traffic. She was not a truck with a cargo load so I find what she did was exercising a privilege she thinks she has when in reality she didn't have that.
