But my appointment was canceled just before my annual for them to renew everything. I have been struggling to find a new place to go (as they didnt offer any support on that. No notice, just a text saying we dont take your insurance anymore), reached out to see if they could just give me a prescription to get my supplies or something and they told me because I hadn't been seen in person since 2025 (since that was my last appintment and the one this year was canceled) I said see, thats my point. Yall should have given me another script while I was getting reset up with a new dr that you never helped me find. You should have been more empathetic and trying to help find a way to get the life saving supplies thats I need to help me breathe. Instead all I got was "the prescriber would never approve since we haven't seen you since 2025". Give more curiosity to your clients. This is literally life saving for us. Just get me some supplies so I can keep surviving.
