- JCJason Campbell5 days ago2.0I had a very disappointing experience with this telehealth appointment. I was on time and ready for the visit, but the provider was already running about 20 minutes late. The receptionist called to confirm information and explained that the provider was working from home, but couldn’t explain the delay. When I commented that the situation felt unprofessional, the receptionist immediately became defensive and rude instead of handling the concern professionally. I understand delays can happen, but the communication and attitude during the interaction were unacceptable. Patients’ time should be respected just as much as the provider’s.
- DTD TaylorApr 28, 20264.0The lady at the front desk I was feeling some type of way about at first. When I arrived she saw me from down the hallway and didn’t greet my husband and I. I stood at the front desk for about ten minutes and she saw me staring in her direction and then told me she’d be with me in a moment. There weee two female drug reps that may have been there for a while that she helped prior to checking me in. Another patient arrived from the back and she proceeded to assist him. She was quite snappy and mentioned she was from Hawaii By the end of my appointment I had given her candy that she hadn’t tried before and now we are friends. The physician seemed like he knows his stuff so I’ll see on my follow up(s) how it goes

Jennifer was fine, but she doesn't ask enough questions and just listen before she starts talking. It was hard to get a word in sometimes. But she is very pleasant and helpful.
