- TST S4 days ago5.0I have needed an orthotic for a long time. I visited the store and had a foot scan. I discovered the reason for my knee, ankles, and lower back pain were my feet. The store offers an orthotic system. Without the money in today’s economy it can be a financial burden. I wasn’t aware the orthotic is a corrective, maintenance, and relaxed system. I am giving it five stars because there was an option that fit my budget. It would be nice if they could bill insurance. HSA/FSA are accepted which is a huge bonus. The orthotic system comes with a lifetime guarantee, unless something like your pet damages them! I highly recommend at least checking them out especially if you’ve had any orthopedic needs. The customer service is akin to how shoe stores used to properly fit shoes. It is a bit like negotiating options, which was uncomfortable for me. It would be nice if all options are transparent up-front, especially for those of us who are in need of relief. Great inserts are offered, which are reasonably priced. In all, I decided to go with shoe inserts and an alternative option for a pair of orthotics. The alternatives are not under the warranty.

Then we reviewed the systems. It makes sense. They built trust as we went. In a sense it was spendy. But it was less than tires and wheels on my vehicle and my feet are much more important. I’m looking forward to my follow up visit where we check my progress. I want to thank Tasha for taking so much time and making the solution work for me.

Yes, Good Feet is not cheap, but neither is paying for bad form and suffering in life when you don’t need to. It takes some getting used to but it’s your body learning the RIGHT way to stand. My pain is gone in my left foot and I’m able to comfortably walk and not be in pain. Thank you Abigail! :) She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

I left with the complete package (and a massager I had been eying on Amazon anyway).
