- MSMark SimondsApr 18, 20261.0Regularly under staffed, disorganized and lacking customer service. Repeated attempts to pick up prescriptions in the past several months, have not been ready for pick up. Today, after waiting at the drive up window for about 8 minutes, the clerk came to the window and told me they were closing for lunch and pulled the shade down. Unbelievable! We'll go elsewhere.

Multiple times she has gone above and beyond to help me understand my insurance, give me tips, and ensure that I get my prescriptions filled and then auto refilled. When she is helping me, I know I will get great service and the prescriptions I need.
