I’ve taken a few different classes and there’s definitely something for every level. The music is at the right volume and is alway an enjoyable beat. The instructors (especially Traci) are always patient and helpful to me as a beginner. The studio is clean and inviting. Skyler is super friendly at the front desk. There’s also a small selection of retail items (clothing & accessories) If you’re looking for reformer based Pilates, make this your first stop!

The instructors do an incredible job guiding you with correct movements and helpful education. Being diagnosed with RA in my 30s, finding a high-quality, low-impact workout is so important to me. This space is welcoming and truly supports your progress!

And I mean that literally — the location right off the freeway makes it effortless to fit into a real life schedule. But the convenience would mean nothing if the studio wasn't worth it. It is. The classes are excellent, the vibe is positive and energetic, and the staff make you feel like you belong there. If you have been on the fence about trying Pilates, this location makes that first step very easy.
