- RRRachelApr 8, 20261.0I’m really disappointed currently with this practice. I came in for an appointment two ish weeks ago with Angie who I adore she is fabulous. I needed to get another set of Invisalign. After discussing pricing I went home to think on it. After I called and tried to make a payment the lady claimed there was nothing in there system and told me she would get back to me sometime that day and never did… I called again the next day and received the same thing from another lady. It is now Friday which they are closed on weekends and now my item still is not ordered and nobody knows what is going on as a patient at this establishment. Nobody has followed through with a callback after stating they would. Nobody knows what it going on regarding my account status after I had an appointment and discussed payments. I’m really disappointed especially because I’ve been going here for almost four years.
