Nikki at Advanced Acupuncture has been incredibly supportive throughout my healing journey. She genuinely listens to my health concerns and has developed a treatment plan specifically tailored to the issues affecting my spinal column. We have been working together for the past couple of months to help my body heal and get me back on track. As physical and emotional trauma has begun unwinding from my body, Nikki has been gentle, attentive, and careful to hold a safe and compassionate space for me. I feel truly heard and cared for during every appointment. I’m deeply grateful for her knowledge, intuition, and dedication to my healing.

This review is for the front office staff. Extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending. Could not answer any of my questions and got angry that I even dared to ask. I nearly walked out of my appt. (but was sure she would bill me a no show fee). I don't think I'll be back because I do not need to feel belittled at my doctor's office.

This review is for the clinic manager/front desk staff. I've ran into multiple scheduling and billing issues here. I've also had a hard time getting ahold of the clinic via phone: calls not being answered or returned.. I was trying to be patient and understanding with them (small clinic and all) and kept coming back because I am happy with my provider. However, when I brought this up to the office manager, she insinuated that I was lying. She also had a full meltdown over my appointment running late, which was THEIR scheduling issue, I came in on time. The manager was beyond rude and unprofessional. She told me how inconvenient it was for her and front desk staff to stay late to accommodate me. She then flipped out on me again, over THEIR billing error. When I let her know that this is unacceptable and not my fault, she acted like it was no big deal and "just a misunderstanding". Needless to say, I've cancelled all my future appointments and won't be coming back. If you can get past the worst customer service from the clinic manager, the providers here are really caring and genuinely want to help.
