Staff greeted me right when I walked in, and helped me through the process before going into my eye exam. Dr. Lu was awesome on getting my eye exam done. I also appreciate the staff for explaining in detail on cost and deals and insurance. Will be coming back to get new glasses!

Eye examiner had good bedside manner. The exam room has up to date equipment. The Seating was comfortable. The whole process felt very streamlined. Eye exam didn't take long to complete. I Didn't feel rushed.The staff was very friendly. I ended up exiting store feeling very satisfied with the purchase of my exam, glasses, and accessories(eyeglasses case). I bought a very cool, and unique dual pocket eye glasses pouch. It opens on both ends to hold two pair without scratching each other. Its not bulky like most glass cases. Very Happy.
