I have changed my score to good as they have agreed to give me a refund. After seeing a Podiatrist and Orthodist, it turns out I have Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction, causing my ankle to twist and flatten out the arch on my left foot. Trying to push that arch up with the GF insoles is the exact opposite of what is needed. I would recommend seeing a Podiatrist before going to the Good Feet store.
