- SESochampa Eng2 days ago5.0I just moved here a month ago. No insurance yet with new job. My glasses, old, taped together, and covered in super glue.walked in and was greeted by my optical guardian angel who simply went by "Barbara". Told her I just needed frames. She replies back, "I got you". First try 2 frames nailed it. First pair I loved it. She spent about 10min putting my lenses in them. Perfect, till I realized the price. Changed my mind went with the pair within my budget. I apologized for having to put her through the labor again. She again just says "I got you". Comes back after a little longer than the first time. I apologized again for swapping them out again. No problem she says. They're perfect, I tried to leave her a tip she denies and just says leave a review. So here's to Barbara. Thank you

- PMPatrick MeadAug 12, 20261.0Beware. Pearle Vision (aka Southcenter Eye Care) committed fraud against me and against my Humana insurance plan. They provided me with a fully covered routine eye exam and retinal scan (and nothing else) but then billed my insurance (and me) under my medical coverage, coding it as "specialist" care instead of the routine exam that it was. Don't use Pearle. But if you do go to Pearle, be extremely careful, and do not let them charge you anything in advance of services provided. Investigations are underway.

The staff is awesome and very helpful!! I only wanted contacts and that’s what they ordered for me. I was not “forced” to order glasses and contacts. Going forward, I will use Pearle Vision for all of my eye care!!
