I had never been to this location before, but Val was very welcoming and happy to try and solve my issue. Thankfully had the right part and got everything fixed within no time, I appreciate the excellent service and will be back to this store when I need to purchase my next set of glasses.

She also gave her honest opinion about what would look best, was patient while we reviewed all options, and went out of her way to show us every possible choice. She even let my kids use the clinic bathroom! I wish we could give her more than 5 stars! Whatever y’all are paying her, it’s not enough.

- CCCarressaMay 1, 20261.0Made an appointment, emails were dismissive first it was we need to see your insurance information or you’ll be placed on a waitlist second after the insurance was confirmed they listed examination cost, and if you don’t confirm and agreed to the cost, then your appointment will be waitlisted. It came off a little rude so I canceled. I’m aware of the copayments and cost of how much it would be to get your eyes examined.
