  Customer service was above and beyond. I left ordering a pair of Ai audio glasses after trying on at least a dozen frames, and I feel confident about my purchase given the experience I had from start to finish; including my exam, fitting, and purchase process.

  Richard the LensCrafters Assistant Manager is a licensed Optician and did his best to make sure I was satisfied with the glasses I purchased, ensuring the best quality and fit. I will be sure to ask for him in the future. Eye Exam - Dr. Ken Hwahn is an exceptional optometrist; he is easy to talk to and is very down to earth. I highly recommend his services.

  Dear LensCrafters Southcenter Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your Southcenter location today while I was there to get glasses. Earlier in the day, I had visited 2 doctors twice regarding redness in my eye. After conducting examinations and tests, I was told that my condition was not contagious, was not an infection or pink eye, and that I should use soothing eye drops to help relieve the redness. When I visited your location, a doctor affiliated with your store made an unsolicited comment about my eye, stating that it was bloodshot, appeared contagious, and could spread to other people. This was said in front of other customers who were waiting in line. What made this situation particularly upsetting was that this individual had not examined my eye, reviewed my medical information, or made any assessment based on an actual examination. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and inappropriate. There is a significant difference between discreetly expressing a legitimate health or safety concern and publicly making assumptions about someone's medical condition in front of strangers. I was made to feel singled out and humiliated over a condition that I had already sought medical attention for earlier that day. I am also concerned about the lack of discretion and respect shown for my personal dignity and medical privacy. While I understand that employees may have concerns about eye redness, those concerns should be communicated respectfully, privately, and without making unsupported statements about whether someone has a contagious condition. I should not have to stand in a public line and have someone speculate about my health in front of other customers, particularly when that person has not examined me or established that I have a contagious condition. The way this was handled was unacceptable and did not reflect the level of professionalism, courtesy, or customer care I would expect from LensCrafters. I would appreciate it if management would investigate this incident, address the employee's conduct, and explain what steps will be taken to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment. I would also appreciate a written response addressing my concerns. I am bringing this matter to your attention because customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when it comes to sensitive matters involving their health and appearance. Other than that the staff were amazing & did a great job helping me out! I would come back due to that but other than the issue I’ve experienced it was really unprofessional. That’s like an example of going to a doctors office for a private matter & then they say something out loud in front of all the patients that’s a HIPPA violation. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from management regarding this matter.
