    Your Tuckwila location is a disaster. The lady at the reception desk needs to be fired. Or at least retrained. She is rude, condescending and is not very skilled in taking care of patients that need help. You can be sure that I will not be coming back here again after spending thousands of dollars on my hearing aids through the years here. Sure miss puget sound hearing. You will most likely be seeing a reduced number of people returning until she is replaced. Signed: Very upset customer.

    Donnie was amazing she explained things that the people on the phone did not. She took the time to pay attention to each person and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing hearing aids

    Took my 93 year old Mother (and her current hearing aids) in to see Dr. Jake. He was SO patient with her. Nicest man and spent so much time testing her hearing, which is bad. They charged her hearing aids (which were dead) and when he looked at them, he said they were really good and they probably just needed to be re-programmed and there was no reason to spend several thousands of dollars for new ones. He said he could do that and just charge us $40.00! My Mom could hear and commented several times about how noisy it was! She was so happy and we saved a boatload of money!!! Thank you for the wonderful care that we received and it is so refreshing to do business with someone who is so ethical!
