- C3Carpenter Union 3602 days ago1.0Well this particular clinic asking for more personal information besides our insurance information after we provide them Right away starting receiving call from different providers about offers, sales,and estimates about jobs I never request, I confronted office staff and I ask why they're asking for my credit card information besides everything we provide already was too much!! She just tells me was her system was required for prior appointments, so even if I provide with my insurance still want too charge my credit card that's fraud, I call the tacoma police department immediately, they told me they received so many complaints about fraudulent charges on this particular location,they can't do anything for now only to file my report if they charges my insurance is different charges for them..stay away from this lenscrafters account

Growing up never needing glasses, I didn’t fully appreciate the importance of regular eye exams and keeping my eyes healthy. Dr. Kim and her team have helped me understand just how important that is. The office has state-of-the-art equipment to perform a variety of eye health tests, which gives me confidence that my eyes are being well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and her team.

- JMJoel MinasSep 7, 20261.0I scheduled a routine vision exam and they texted me asking for my medical insurance. They said they would need it for if I have glaucoma, cataracts, or diabetes. I have never in my life had to give my medical insurance information too an optometrist for a vision exam. I explained that I did not need those tests and that I had scheduled a vision exam. they continued pressing me for my medical insurance, so I cancelled the appointment. Definitely shady, they are obviously trying to bill for testing that is not requested and not necessary for a routine vision exam. I have never experienced anything like this before and I have had numerous vision exams over the last 30+ years.
