(Tacoma, WA) I came in very undecided about progressive lenses since it's my first pair, and I had a lot of concerns about adaptation and driving safety. Phillip handled my situation with real patience and expertise. He walked me through on what to expect, reassured me about the "swimmy feeling," and make sure I understood how the lenses work before I committed. I also decided to add AI features to my prescription glasses and Phillip guided me through that option as well. Because of his help, I left feeling confident instead of anxious. Once again excellent customer service!!!!!
