Upon my returning to True vision/LensCrafters, I was left more than impressed with their growth since my last visit. From the receptionist to the Doctor conducting the exam, the True Visuon team was fun and very informative. The LC team was wonderful in their own right especially Lilly. She was knowledgeable, friendly, has a great sense of humor as well as impeccable taste in frames. I cannot speak any more highly of the staff and experience at Tacoma Mall. Thank you all.
