- EHErina Hui3 days ago1.0UPDATE: (11/4/26) It's been about over 3 weeks went in on 10/17/26 to get my glasses tightened. AND THIS PLACE? STILL A ONE STAR!!! The so-called "owner" never gotten back to me via site/email to resolve their manager's action and accountability for breaking my glasses. So with that DON'T GO HERE OR ANY LENSCRAFTERS for that matter if you're not a client/patient that needs their glasses tightened. Expect it to be broken within THREE DAYS!!! Luckily I was able to get a replacement. Shouldn't have to if they fixed my glasses for me!! Go to Pearl Vision if you want your glasses tightened. They know how to do it RIGHT!! 10/20/26 I would give this ZERO stars if I could!! So I went to this exact location and the female store manager blond hair glasses was nice enough to tightened my glasses. But by the THIRD DAY the left arm of my glasses broke off the hinge! I can't weld it or super glue it. I need a whole new pair. And they won't take accountability for their mistake! And the male store manager was BULLSHIT lying when he said he doesn't have the tools for it. ALL EYE PLACES HAVE THE TOOLS TO FIX ALL TYPES GLASSES FYI!!! So if you need your glasses tightened. BE WARNED ⚠️. My glasses was super loose and both arms were intact before I went here to get it tightened. Never again. And mind you these were 6 MONTHS OLD glasses!! SO if you're not patient here don't go here. They ONLY take care of their own and not a innocent civilian that walked away with broken glasses just after 3 days!! No I have to hold it together with duck tape now until I can get new ones.
