  After 5 years of not needing any medical care due to extremely good health, I called to find id been dropped as a patient. When I showed up in person to reenroll in March of 2026, I was told to come back in April. I went back in April as requested, and was told to come back the second week of August 2026. Im so disgusted that I went to another insured in network clinic not affiliated with CHC and even though I was a new patient I got an appointment within the month. On another note, when I was going to this facility, I had terrible experiences with ob/gyn care on multiple occasions. And one good thing, the urgent care clinic when I was a patient was always efficient. If you are okay with long wait times, and aren't overly concerned about what patient care means and have a high tolerance to being given excuses this establishment will meet your needs. But if you're sensitive, have chronic issues, and need specialty care referrals and frequent medical needs and services without delay please find another network provider.

  My doctor was late to every single appointment. Sometimes over an hour late. They never answer the phone. It takes months to get an appointment. This scummy place dismissed me while I was in the middle of a mental health crisis, which was caused by one of their providers telling me to change my medications for no reason.

  Been here at this hospital twice. The staff can be very rude, you have to wait almost 2 hours just to be seen, they make mistakes on your medication, and when you are supposed to have your 6 week check up they don’t see you. Also they like to hang up on people.Tacoma has the worst hospitals ever.
