The staff members that were warm, smiling, inviting, interested, knowledgeable and fast paced. Today, I saw greeted with no enthusiasm. I'm not sure where the fun atmosphere went, but I hope, the powers that be can fix this issue. The gal adjusting my glasses was so unbelievably slow... her pace was sloth like. The service has turned mediocre. The 16 mile drive is hard to justify with staff like you currently have.
