If I could rate them lower I would. They don’t ever answer the phone, they are nasty and rude. There seems to be an issue constantly. Safeway treats their customers terribly and their staff worse, maybe that’s why they hate their jobs and are so rude.

I had a horrible experience with a lady named Dee. Not only did she lie to me about the insurance policy she withheld my pain medication from me for a whole week. So while I was suffering at home with debilitating Cluster Headaches she continued to lie to me. I’m pressing charges against her, the pharmacy and the mgr. After I told the mgr Carol what happened she confirmed that Dee did indeed lie to me and withheld my medication from me just to be mean. She shouldn’t be working as a pharmacist. She clearly doesn’t like people. I also wonder how many other people she’s done this to? To my surprise she wasn’t even reprimanded! She was back to work the next day! I think she should’ve been fired or at least put on leave. Some sort of punishment? But nothing. Which is why I’m reporting them to the State and Federal Medical board. Don’t use this pharmacy. They’re often late filling your prescription, or they don’t have enough to fill your whole prescription. They’re never on time and they’re not very friendly or helpful and of course, their pharmacist are allowed to lie to you and withhold their medication if they feel like it? Go somewhere else. It used to be a great place with good people, but now I’m switching. Can’t stand the mean very unhelpful people.

This Pharmacy never answers their phone. Ever. Which forces me to go up there and visit in person every time I have a question. Ridiculous! And all the replies from store management on other reviews are just canned BS. They don't care.

Today the pharmacist told us the med would be ready in 20 minutes so we went and got coffee that took around 30 minutes. When I went in to get the med she says I just talked to your wife a couple of minutes ago and said it would be 30 minutes and when I went to explain the time line the other pharmacist snaps at me that they are busy and it will be 30 more minutes. I told her that she doesn't have to be rude.
