- CDCatherine Dietz5 days ago5.0The Eyemart Express team here is so helpful and friendly! My 84 year old stepfather accidentally sat on a pair of glasses and one of the lenses popped out. I brought the glasses to Eyemart Express and one of the techs was able to get the lense back in and secured. He noticed that the frames were bent and offered to straighten them out; I declined that day, but ended up coming back a couple of days later (after confirming my stepdad's ears were not as lopsided as the frames lol!). Justin and Sheena helped me out, were very friendly, and were able the straighten out the frames. These were both considered "minor services" that they offer for free. I'm so grateful they made the process quick and easy, and I will definitely return when more services are needed. Thank you, Eyemart Express!

Here's a brief story: I got my first glasses from Eyemart Express 6 years ago in 2020.My kiddo broke them in 2026. I initially went to "Vision InsX NorX," but after scheduling an appointment two weeks out and learning that delivery would take another two weeks, they said that is commonly the time… I was frustrated. I checked my records and realized Eyemart Express was where I got my original glasses. I went directly to their store and, within hours, received a new pair and an eye exam—all in one day. I highly recommend Eyemart Express! Great job, team!
