- CControversial !!!Oct 14, 20265.0Have a pair of half rimless glasses and one side broke. Brought in the next morning to see if they could help me out. Walked in at 930(they open at 9) and Leon was quick to greet me. Told Leon I didnt buy these at EME and he was still more than willing to help. Took his time to fix my glasses and had a great conversation. Ask3d what i owed him and he said , nothing. He also made sure they sat and fit on my face correctly. Leon and EME is a class act. Appreciated so much. When I need glasses again, EME will be my first stop. Thanks again Leon!!!

- JDJessica DavisSep 5, 20265.0My four year old needed glasses and neither my husband nor I wear them so we were completely new to the process going into the store. The staff was so kind, helpful, and informative as we had no clue what we were doing. It was a pretty significant prescription so a big transition for my son and they helped walk us through everything and took the time to explain the changes that he would experience in addition to what we could do to make it smoother. They were also kind enough to show me other tools that may be beneficial for a four year old wearing glasses for the first time. We will definitely continue coming for all future needs.
- BSbrad strosahlAug 26, 20265.0I had a glass lens come out of my Maui Jim sunglasses. Justin greeted me and took care of fixing my glasses by replacing screw and tightening other, then cleaned. He was pleasant and professional. No charge & shook my hand.
