I’ve had a great experience overall with Club Pilates Spokane. The studio itself is clean, well-run, and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. It’s been a space that feels welcoming and consistent, which I’ve really appreciated. That said, I was genuinely disappointed to hear that Kassi is no longer on the schedule. Her classes stood out in a big way… especially her Center & Balance and Cardio Pilates sessions. Those classes were actually the reason I was planning to upgrade to an unlimited membership. She brought a level of energy, knowledge, connection that’s hard to replace, and created an environment that made people want to show up, learn more, and push themselves. While I’m sure the other instructors are great, this decision ultimately changed my plans, and I won’t be moving forward with upgrading. I know I’m not the only one who feels that her presence made a meaningful difference, and I hope that kind of instruction and energy ends up being prioritized moving forward.

The cancellation culture at this gym means it in is incredibly difficult to get booked into a class. For a membership that is 8 classes in a month there is significant mental load involved in making sure all credits are redeemed. And considering the price each class is very expensive. You cannot book classes in the following month until the day your payment is taken and by this point classes are booked out. There are no classes on Sunday and few on Friday evening and Saturday. Level 2 classes are not accessible. That leaves very few time slots outside of working hours that are bookable. I found the booking near impossible to manage. I am used to going to yoga classes where the instructor talks about benefits of moves or what is being stretched etc. I went for three months to many different instructors and received none of this type of instruction. The equipment is all new and well maintained. Conclusions: very challenging to get booked into level appropriate classes at times that work for your schedule. Instruction lacked depth. Membership fees expensive.

I joined Club Pilates Spokane South Hill in December and I’m completely hooked. I'm in my late 50s and usually hate gyms (I prefer hiking/nature), but this has been a game-changer for staying active during the Spokane winter. I've already hit 32 classes in under two months! My body feels stronger, and I love the focus on flexibility and longevity. If you are looking for a new passion or just want to stay moving as you age, I highly encourage you to try a class.
