Lidgerwood Primary Care, a community health medical clinic, opened in Fall 2025. The clinic provides comprehensive services including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, and behavioral health. Behavioral health services are offered through the CHAS Behavioral Health Center–North, conveniently located within the same building. This new clinic reflects our commitment to our mission: to improve the overall health of the communities we serve by expanding access to high-quality health and wellness services.
