Nick was very good at pointing out the weaknesses in the support structures of my feet.
My brother and sister-in-law, both retired nurses, noticed a gait change since their last visit about a month ago. They saw my left foot crossing to land in line with my right foot. I was wearing the relaxers when they assessed the difference in stride. My neighbors noticed it while I wore the maintainers.
It would have been nice to have a choice of insole options. So far the relaxers are not really comfortable to me in the moccasins that I wear in the house. I am in the break in period for the strengtheners and the maintainers. So far I have worn the maintainers several hours at a time and find them quite agreeable.

The product is good, the sales pitch is a little misleading. They infer that accessories are included and then when you look at your receipt they are separate charges.

Good Feet is a scam! Don’t ever go there! They charged my wife and I 2,000 dollars for They’re supposed Custom arch supports three Different kinds that they just pulled out of the back that came in a box and one pair of shoes. These people are not licensed. Podiatrist to begin with, but think they are. They’re not upfront with their pricing until you get to the counter .My wife showed me the receipt. I told her WOW we’re taking the stuff back.when I had called them, they want to fight with me about taking stuff back. And tell me it’s against their policy that I would have to schedule an appointment for a Re-fitting and have to keep the insoles for at least 90 days until then I would’ve been making payments on my credit card for items that I do not want the lady I spoke with cut me off two times put me on hold. I finally got her to shut up after I told her I would just come by the office drop off the items and dispute everything with the credit card company if that’s how they want to play it. That changed her Tune really Quick. They also had some customers waiting for their fittings as I was leaving I told them to run for the hills $2000 be expecting to pay ,their eyes popped out of their head so look out people don’t ever go there unless you’re willing to spend two grand for pieces of plastic that are not custom to your foot that they just pull out of the back somewhere that literally cost them three dollars to make and they charge you 500 bucks apiece and $500 for a pair of shoes.!

Note: Ask for pricing ahead of getting services.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Can set up an appointment or walk in. I was able to get my feet scanned, and the inserts definitely showed the different levels of support. I can tell the inserts could help with my disability. HOWEVER- I wish they were upfront about the pricing ahead of time (price listed online under FAQS, saying the price is $399-599 per pair. That being said, they sell the pairs in a set for the “full support” needed. Misleading in their sales pitch, and when you go into the store, they make it about the experience, then SURPRISE at the cash register ). I expected that with the service and inserts (specially made), I’d be spending $500 at most altogether. Instead, after the walk-around, trying things on (which they bring out the different kinds of shoes and inserts), the total cost was over $2,000! The items I went home with were: 3 inserts (scientifically made), 3 nonslip covers for the inserts, 3 cushions, and 1 pair of extra shoes. The silver lining is they do take Care Credit and you can do up to 18 month financing, and life time warranty for the inserts- but dang!!! I don’t know if it costs so much for the hourly wage, and price of materials.
Just checked my receipt - they charged $536.50 for each of their pre-made mass produced inserts!!!
I don’t understand the “activator” charge. Is that for trying out the inserts, which is part of the “free” appointment?! Edit: After researching online, the activator is a piece of plastic ATTACHED to the cushions. So I am bring charged $15 extra per cushion just because it ALREADY comes with the cushion. Maybe these inserts would do me well, but $500-600 for all the together would make more sense than charging that much separately. Hoping I can return items circled. But then again, I’ve heard they make not take refund items that have been used (although I was notified verbally (not in writing) by Marlene that they provide lifetime warranty). Legally speaking, I may be able to get a refund if I go in for an in-person follow up. Just wondering if I have to wait the full 45 days before I can do the follow-up, or if I can do it sooner. Because, I just bought these yesterday, and after two hours of wearing the inserts, I was already regretting my purchase. Feel like they are putting product over the person. Quite the sales scheme. Not cool at all!

I've seen the commercials, and I was skeptical, but after 35 yrs. of working on concrete, I HAVE pains and problems with my feet, my husband brought me to their store, to see what they could do. FABULOUS visit. It was pricey, but just in getting tested, I was stunned with the tests, alone. Posture correction was incredible, pain disappeared! I'm sure that my chiropractor visits can be greatly reduced, if I follow their plan......!

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?

(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
