- TETeresa EWING3 days ago5.0Placing Mom in memory care was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do. It is not an easy transition. Sunshine was good about allowing Mom to keep her bed and other familiar things. Her little dog can visit her, and any other resident willing to pet or scratch an ear, as often as we like. The staff is friendly, and I can see that Mom is comfortable with them and she feels safe. There are activities and a lovely garden area to sit and enjoy. If Mom has to be in a care facility, we are glad that she is in Sunshine.
- MBMike Bennett5 days ago5.0Sunshine is the best. Mom has been there 2 years. Wheelchair bound. The caregivers take care of all her needs. She has family visit her 5 days a week. The care is the best. Plenty of activities to keep her occupied. Exercising, painting, bingo. Several times a week. And no complaints on the food served. 3 meals a day, snacks twice a day and lots of hot tea. Mom and family have no issues with Sunshine. Go online and check out all that is offered. Not only assisted living but other care services are available.

Whether a trip to the garden or inside games, they are always friendly and entertaining!!! I hope they never leave, tons of staff have come & gone but they are the constant positive in this place!!!!
