I wish they told me there was no lab tech when I checked in. Manager type person had a bit of an attitude explaining why their problem is not my problem. Yet it is…..

The three gals at the front (I didn’t catch their names :/ ), Dr. Wolf was kind and patient and made me feel very comfortable, and Greg helped me with my frames. I would highly recommend them especially to people who are nervous about the eye doctor. I’ll never go anywhere else.

The plastic piece that holds the rubber on also broke, but I wasn’t expecting to have anything done to it. Just have the rubber replaced. Elise went above and beyond and replaced everything no questions asked and took care of me right away. Will definitely come back and do more business here and ask for Elise again.
