- DSDawn StubblefieldOct 13, 20261.0I got 2 pairs of glasses and I have had to take them both in twice because the lenses were not cut correctly. Now I have to take 1 pair back because they are still not correct. My husband got 2 pairs as well and they are not correct either. Customer service is great but the quality is questionable.
- WBWendy BensonOct 3, 20265.0I was traveling and stepped on my frames - popped out a lens. Four days and couldn't find anyone with the knowledge or parts to fix them. Justin Cecil at Eyemart Express was amazing - had them fixed perfectly within just a few minutes. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. There are no words for random acts of kindness - but he made my day and now I can enjoy the rest of our trip! Thanks, Justin!!!
- SCSara CaseSep 28, 20265.0This was genuinely the best optometrist appt that I’ve ever experienced. My child has a unique(ish) prescription. We’ve been to Americas best and a Walmart optometrist. Dr. Jeff was very thorough. He asked and confirmed multiple times for an elementary aged child and did absolutely everything he could to get the most accurate prescription. He provided me more information in one appt than I’ve received about my child’s eyes in 3 previous appts. The new glasses arrived today and the prescription fits the need far better than the last. I’m super grateful for the extra care and support from this team. This was $140.00 (out of network) well spent. I’ve scheduled an appt to transfer my care here as well.
- AKAmber KelleySep 5, 20265.0Very positive experience with this Eyemart Express location. We have been in multiple times over the past few months and it has been outstanding everytime. Riley has been especially helpful in answering questions and assisting us. Thank you!
