  Pretty useless place. Took my kid for a pair of readers (the kind made in bulk that you just get at nearly every grocery store and convenience store on the planet) and was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on any pair of frames they wanted as long as they fit (all the grocery/convenience store frames are too big as they are for adults, not children) but they wouldn't sell me the frames without a prescription. For a pair of children's reading frames...for FRAMES I needed a prescription. That makes no sense. A standard bulk reading lense for perfect 20/20 vision snapped into a pair of kids frames should not require a prescription. If I could have popped the lenses from a $5 Walmart pair and shoved them into a set of correct frames, I would have. The girl they had working there also didn't even ask if we had a prescription when I said we needed the frames for readers so she took us to the section needed and let us waste our time and get my kids hopes up of finally getting something they liked for no reason. Could have saved us a ton of grief if she would have been knowledgeable and upfront when we walked in.

  I had my very first eye exam at serenity. After I had my exam I was able to go over to Eyemart and pick out my glasses. Alec made the experience fun and helped me pick out 2 perfect pairs! Alec was very helpful and informative about everything. Thank you Eyemart and Alec!

  Great experience! Got my eyes checked and a pair of glasses in under an hour. Josh was the one who helped me. Josh was VERY informative and answered every question I had. I'll definitely be back and refer all I can to here.

  The staff was super attentive and able to answer any questions we had. Not to mention who can deny 1 hr glasses?! It was a relief to have new glasses within an hour or so to replace my broken ones. They make a majority of their products in house. I’ll be returning for all my glasses needs :)

  It was my first time getting glasses. I was clueless on what that might look like (pun intended) luckily they are a one stop shop. They got me in quick to see the eye doctor, they were very helpful and informative. And the sales associate on the floor made it a point to get to know me, get me the best deal on glasses and warranties. I feel like I have a place I can trust with my vision. Definitely a great place for anyone needing their first pair of glasses and anyone who just needs help with their sight. Thanks again Eyemart Express!
