The optometrist,Jeff, took time for all my questions and explained things very well. I will definitely be coming here again recommending to my family and friends.

They made room in the schedule for me last minute, gave a great eye appointment from a great professional, then they even got me my prescription glasses same day within a couple hours of my appointment. Isaias R is the man who made it all happen. They have a good employee with Isaias there.

Took my kid for a pair of readers (the kind made in bulk that you just get at nearly every grocery store and convenience store on the planet) and was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on any pair of frames they wanted as long as they fit (all the grocery/convenience store frames are too big as they are for adults, not children) but they wouldn't sell me the frames without a prescription. For a pair of children's reading frames...for FRAMES I needed a prescription. That makes no sense. A standard bulk reading lense for perfect 20/20 vision snapped into a pair of kids frames should not require a prescription. If I could have popped the lenses from a $5 Walmart pair and shoved them into a set of correct frames, I would have. The girl they had working there also didn't even ask if we had a prescription when I said we needed the frames for readers so she took us to the section needed and let us waste our time and get my kids hopes up of finally getting something they liked for no reason. Could have saved us a ton of grief if she would have been knowledgeable and upfront when we walked in.
