Since I have restarted using Addus Homecare, most has failed. Staff Do Not Call If Caregivers Are Not Working Day Scheduled. No Phone Calls To Say Who Is Coming Out. When Scheduled Time Is Set Up, Changes Are Made And Again No Phone Calls. One Caregiver Is Consistently In A Rush So My Time Is Cut Short. I Feel Very Disrespected and I Do Not Feel My Care Plan is Being Followed. Update as of Oct 2019-Due to Consistent Misleading Info and Being Left Out Of the Loop when it came to MY NEEDS AND CARE-DONE. RAN FROM THEM.
