  So I call at 12:50 to get a prescription status( automated system wasn’t able to find me even though I’ve been using the pharmacy for a year now) phone is picked up and I’m told to please hold. I hold for 15 minutes and the main line picks up. I ask for the pharmacy they say it’s closed. No problem that they need a lunch break but why can’t they say that when the phone was picked up? I have tried going in person and had a rude encounter with Megan. Last week she literally yelled in the face of my 100% deaf mother. I’m on FaceTime and my daughter was present with her. How rude can one get and still hold a job? Even other staff says she rude but friends with the pharmacy manager so she keeps her job. Cooperate needs to now intervene. This is wild. I will be calling back to hopefully speak with Kim the store director.

  We been with Fred Myers pharmacy at bethel station for two years and they have been great. Never have a problem, they work with you and they communicate with you on everything. The girls behind the counter are very friendly and know what they are doing and talking about, unlike many other pharmacys out there.
