I do not like to leave bad reviews, however, the pharmacy manager, Basil, is rude and unhelpful. He does not embody the kindness and sense of community that Snohomish fosters. Insult to injury is that he SEES the medication I am prescribed for a sensitive mood disorder, yet actively chooses to be unpleasant. I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is very unfortunate because I love Haggens.
