  Starlett light😳 large caps tell me all I need to know about you 😄 my ❤️ goes out to the pharmacist!! I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences with the pharmacy team, especially Basel. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, Basel goes out of his way to be helpful, patient, and thorough. Our community is lucky to have such a dedicated, attentive pharmacist leading the team alongside the wonderful counter staff!

  We’ve been coming to the avenue D Haggen pharmacy for about twelve years now. Vaccinations, cancer meds, mental health meds… all of it. We’ve been through a variety of insurance plans, changed medications, changed doctors, tried other pharmacies in town and keep coming back here. Basil and Gina have been the pharmacist and staff I’ve worked with the most and they’ve always been knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive when things go poorly. I have dealt with weird state and federal laws around my meds, changes in insurance coverage that disrupt things, and supply chain problems and they’ve always helped me out- even if that means sending me to a competitor who has my stuff in stock.

  Outstanding Care Under Intense Pressure- ​Pharmacy work today is extremely high-stress and demanding, with constant phone calls, complex insurance obstacles, strict safety regulations, and endless task-switching. Despite all of that pressure, Basel and the entire pharmacy team handle every situation with unbelievable grace, kindness, and professionalism. ​Basil is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about the health and well-being of every patient who walks up to the counter. He never rushes your questions, even when the pharmacy is swamped, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the care and guidance you need. The counter staff are equally wonderful, welcoming, and hard-working. ​People rarely consider how much stress retail pharmacy teams shoulder every single day to keep us safe and healthy. Our community is truly lucky to have Basel and his incredible team leading the charge!

  I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE PHARMASIST "BASEL" {LIKE THE SKIN CANCER} HE WAS SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME, INTERRUPTING, RAISING HIS VOICE AND OVER TALKING ME CONSTANTLY. I EXPLAINED TO HIM "I AM FIGHTING BLOOD CANCER AND VERY SICK, AND TO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND RESPECTFUL TO ME." HE CONTINUED TO INTERRUPT, OVERTALKNG, AND BECAME MORE AGRESSIVE WITH ME. HE TOLD ME THE MEDICINE I ORDERED WAS PUT BACK ON THE SHELF AND GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE. HE ONLY HAD 3 DAYS WORTH ON SHELF. I TOLD HIM THE FEMALE PHARMASIST WHO SPECIAL ORDERED IT WAS HOLDING IT FOR ME TO PICK UP TODAY AS I HAVE BEEN VERY SICK. HE REPLIED "YOU DONT OWN THE MEDICINE" "YOUR NAME IS NOT ON IT" (WITH THE STORE MANGER AS A WITNESS) AFTER A FEMALE PHARMASIST ASSURED ME 3 DAYS AGO MY NAME WOULD BE ON IT, AND IT WOULD BE HELD FOR ME. BASEL IS THE MOST RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AGRESSIVE PERSON AND PHARMASIST I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. I REPORTED HIM SO NO ONE EVER HAS TO EVER EXPERIENCE WHAT HE DID TO ME TODAY. I SPOKE TO THE STORE MANAGER WHO MET ME AT THE COUNTER AND WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. HE WAS ABLE TO WITNESS A LITTLE OF BASEL'S ATTITUDE TWARDS ME. I TOLD BASEL, "DO NOT SPEAK TO ME" HE REPLIED "WE ARE HAVING A CONVERSATION" I REPLIED "THE CONVERSATION IS OVER" HE BEGAN BEING DISRESPECTFUL AGAIN, SO I HELD MY HAND UP AND SAID "SHHHH" WHICH MADE HIM BECOME MORE UPSET AND ACCUSED ME OF BEING "PASSIVE AGRESSIVE" THATS WHEN A SPECK OF SPIT FLEW FROM IS MOUTH TWARDS ME. I SEE (ON REVIEWS) IAM NOT THE ONLY ONE TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH "BASEL" THE PHARMASIST. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THE WAY HE TREATED ME TODAY. I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME DEALING WITH THIS PARTICULAR PHARMASIST. I WOULD GIVE THE FEMALE WHO ORDERED MY MEDICINE WHO WAS KIND AND PROFESSIONAL 5 STARS. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I HOPE HE FINDS ANOTHER JOB WHERE HE IS NOT DEALING WITH PEOPLE. ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE ELDERLY DISABLED OR SICK. REV. LIGHT
