- RBRhonda BassMay 4, 20264.0Good experience but the day we went was busy and felt one employee was trying to spread her time among to many people at once, not Haley’s fault she was awesome but they need more than one employee trying to help various people. Haley herself is very good at what she does. My complaint is the shoes they sale are overpriced you can buy the exact same shoe for $50 less at other stores.
- JKjanine kroghFeb 25, 20265.0I recently brought my 81 year old mother in to be fitted for inserts. Neither one of us had ever been to a Good Feet Store so we didn't know what to expect. To say we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. The associate that helped us was the store manager, Haley Whitney. My mother is quite handicapped in that she has lymphedema, a bad knee, trouble walking, uses a walker (wheelchair for any distance) and has had a collapsed foot. Haley spent a very long time with us and understood and cared about my mom's needs and limitations. She was wonderful. By the time we left about 90 minutes later, my mom had purchased an entire package of inserts to be used at different times of the day and the therapeutic foot massager. Haley helped us carry the items out to the car and called us twice in the first week to check on Mom and see if we had any questions or concerns. My mom lives with us and has been walking around the house, which is not usual, and she says, "Just because it feels good now and I can". She feels safe on her feet and it doesn't hurt to be standing now. What a difference and what a blessing! We both highly recommend The Good Feet Store and Haley to anyone who may have issues with their feet. My mom's quality of life is much improved since our time there.

There was some initial discomfort in my feet from the new insoles but it has mostly passed. I can put them in any shoes I choose to wear. In just a few short days I am standing taller and have more secure balance. Today I was able to work for at least 1 1/2 hours on a concrete floor without getting the usual pain and fatigue. I have had bunion surgery on my left foot but not the right so I am dealing with two different sized feet. This is a foundational life choice. No pun intended.
