The cables we had were too big and wouldn’t stay in place. They gave us new ones, adjusted them the right way and didn’t even charge us. Thank you fellas. You’re the best!

A true professional and very informative as his ability to explain in detail eye care and condition, has been unmatched in my 40+ years of seeing an eye doctor (~ 10 years w/ Dr. Knight). I then got to go glasses shopping with the assistance of Keith, another long time history in dealing with him at Lens Crafters! He once again was his normal and exceptional self as a highly knowledgeable and professional tech in helping navigate the large selection of makes & models of eye wear. I thank them both and HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit them in the Kitsap Mall!

I just wish there were a better variety of frames to choose from, especially rimless and other variety of colors, there's just not.
