I routinely recommend isometric movement for my injured patients and I find that Pure Barre is the only method that does it right. I am pleased to see the foundational Classic technique still taught and taught well these many years later, as well as to have the option of an expanded variety of classes to suit many tastes and to focus in specific areas, using more tools and equipment as well as some newer, innovative body weight moves. Well done Meghan and crew!

By staying consistent with my classes, I was able to prepare my body for surgery, and my recovery was much easier than I ever expected. I truly believe Pure Barre helped build the strength and resilience my body needed to handle the stress of surgery. Now, Pure Barre has become my daily "physical therapy," and in just two months, I'm already back to my regular schedule, attending all class formats. The instructors—Kalea, Luna, Alisha, Sammie, and Katie—have been incredible. They thoughtfully modified exercises to accommodate my limitations while continuing to challenge me safely. Their encouragement and expertise have helped me become stronger than ever. I'm so grateful to be part of the Pure Barre Shoreline family. If you're looking for a supportive community and workouts that truly make a difference, I can't recommend them enough!
