- ANAnnabelle Sky NightingaleDec 19, 20251.0This is the absolute WORST place to get your meds. There's usually (about 90% of the time) a line, even when your 💩 is ready. Even at the drive through! Which is always usually CLOSED. They're ALWAYS short on staff .. the staff are alright, but damn.... Also they hang up on you when you call and you've been on hold for 20 minutes. This has happened multiple times. I have to leave a rating at this point to warn folks: DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS HERE. It is an absolute nightmare.

They are local, knowledgeable and understanding and with all that it makes for a positive experience.

- ASArtistic SimmerNov 13, 20213.0I started getting my prescriptions here about a week ago and have called a few times trying to get updates about my transfer and whenever I'd get on the phone I would get an Asian lady that works here and she's always been very rude to me, even in person when I tried to ask then. She doesn't understand English very well it seems and she gets frustrated when I have questions, which I can understand but it doesn't make it okay for her to raise her voice at me everytime. I called today too for a refill, got her again and politely told her I couldn't hear her and she raised her voice at me again: "I never said anything, only said one minute!" It made me feel like I shouldn't have said anything in the first place, and made me quite uncomfortable. I apologized and she did not acknowledge my apology at all. She is very unprofessional and rude. Something needs to be done about that.
