The amount of very aggressive pressure to answer questions and the desperate desire to be helpful was overwhelming, almost to the point of being offensive. Our buying experience ended up feeling rushed because we just wanted to get the heck out of there. There were about 12 employees in an approximately 800-square-foot space with only 4–5 customers. I bought two pairs. I’m a longtime Warby Parker customer and always will be, but I will avoid this location in the future.

There was a great selection of sunglasses and a very helpful saleswoman. The hardest part was making a choice but she helped me with that and I'm very happy with my glasses!

As my first experience getting glasses, I came into the store a bit nervous. My nerves were quelled immediately as I met the store associates and they began guiding me through their selection. They made me feel comfortable, at home and in an environment without pressure to buy. They were forthcoming about available discounts, frames/lenses were affordable and they even took on the onus of submitting my insurance paperwork for me. 10/10 and will be returning for more varieties of glasses. #pleasesponsorme :)
