Sales associates are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I came on vocal rest and couldn’t speak. The associates were very accommodating and didn’t lose patience while I shopped. I’d recommend this shop!

Stopped by a month ago with a pair of glasses I had bought online that were sitting slightly low. It was not a busy day, and after a few minutes of wait, a friendly staff member came out and was able to quickly help adjust the frames for me to better fit my face.

I came in for a simple glasses adjustment and ended up waiting close to 30 minutes. The frustrating part wasn’t the wait itself—it was repeatedly being told, “you’re next” or “It’ll be 5–6 more minutes,” 3 times. When I asked for a realistic timeframe, no one could provide one. At one point I pointed out that I couldn’t just keep waiting indefinitely based on inaccurate estimates, and the response from one employee felt dismissive rather than helpful. I wasn’t seen until I became more assertive and repeatedly pushed for an answer. If the store is busy, that’s understandable, but customers deserve honest communication and realistic expectations. A straightforward “We’re running about 30 minutes behind” would have been much more respectful of my time than repeatedly telling me I was next when I wasn’t.
