  Cannot say enough positive things about Soulcycle SLU! I was so nervous to go to my first class, but it is the most welcoming, high energy, fun, friendly MAGICAL vibe ever!!!!! Jess L has quickly become one of my favourite people in the world and if you haven’t taken one of her classes you are MISSING OUT!!!!! Not only is the work out AMAZING and engaging but everyone’s energy and smiles are contagious. Such a gorgeous space and community so grateful to come to classes here and look forward to it as a new part of my weekly routine! 🥰🧘🏼‍♀️🪷🧚‍♀️✨🪩

  The instructor and staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly, It was a powerful spiritual experience, I had the most fun Ive ever had exercising and my legs are the most sore they’ve ever been 🤪

  It was my first class here, and I had an amazing time! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and Stephanie was a fantastic instructor. The workout was challenging, I got a great full-body workout and was sweating by the end. The music, energy, and class interactions were all excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

  SoulCycle South Lake Union is a special studio because it has the best instructor I’ve experienced at any SoulCycle location: Mat K. I’ve taken many rides with him over the years, and he consistently delivers an incredible experience. His energy, passion, and ability to program a class are truly best-in-class. Whether it’s a standard ride or an epic 90-minute holiday ride, he keeps the room engaged and having fun from the first song to the last. Steph is also a fantastic instructor who brings the energy and fun. For parking, there is street parking in the area, and after 4 p.m. on weekdays and all weekend, the nearby Amazon garages by The Spheres offer free parking. Always a great experience. Highly recommend riding with Mat if you have the chance.

  Be aware. Your are probably not buying the 4 classes you think your buying. Your probably buying a four class membership that will be billed monthly until you cancel. It prominently displays 4 classes $ 108. Expires 30 days. But up at the top of the page you will notice it defaults to memberships, not class packs. And the message that this is a recurring membership is a faint low contrast small grey font. Consider yourself warned.
