I've been a customer of this store and pharmacy for many years. Over 40 years obtaining services for myself and three children. I'm very concerned about a resent pattern, of the pharmacy not having the appropriate supply for my medication. I noticed this issue after I had questions about the services they provided. What options are there? How can I make sure they have the needed supply for my prescription? I'm concerned because there were no problems in the past 29 years, until my questions. Yes, I could go to another pharmacy , but can this be resolved?

This Safeway has gone severely downhill and I say that as someone who used to work at this very location during my teen years. I just spent close to two hours on the phone trying to get someone from the pharmacy or customer service on the phone. Two whole hours, constantly got the voicemail for either extension. Finally, someone in customer service picks up and says, “Oh, idk, the pharmacist just hasn’t shown up!” ??? Therefore, the entire pharmacy is closed? Without any notice on the automated phone message or anything. All I needed was info on a refill. Between the long lines at the pharmacy, barely competent staffing, this location is insanely frustrating now. Do better.

Nobody picks up the phone, they don’t update you via text or the app when your prescription is ready

Worst pharmacy ever. Slow, long lines, and then denying filling prescriptions despite it not being store policy and no insurance issues. You’re not a doctor, if my doctor wants me to have my medication you should defer to the doctor when you have absolutely no experience in mental health care. I guess merry Christmas.
