    I’ve been going to the gym for almost under a year now. I was hesitant to resume to the gym after my knee injury (from soccer) but the coaches here have been amazingly supportive - checking my level of comfort before making suggestions. They pay extensive attention to the technique which has helped me correct my technique in just few sessions. To top it all the environment is full of energy and fun - like a community. I love doing conditioning here as they really push me to explore my limits. Strongly recommend this gym!

    I have been going to Persistence Athletics for the past 7 months and have seen tremendous improvement in both strength and endurance. I’ve trained under both Jackie and Ravi, and they are excellent coaches who prioritize proper form first, then build on that with progressive overload once your technique is solid, which has helped me improve safely and consistently. Along with assistant coach AJ, they provide individualized attention that makes it feel like semi-private training in a supportive group setting. I went from not being able to do pull-ups to doing 3 now, all my lifts have improved significantly, and my squat form has improved a lot as well. The programming includes a great mix of strength and conditioning, which has really helped improve my endurance. I’ve also learned a lot about nutrition and its importance for performance and recovery, especially through Ravi’s guidance. The community makes workouts genuinely fun and motivating, and it’s been rewarding to see progress week after week. I’d highly recommend Persistence Athletics to anyone looking for great coaching and a welcoming fitness community.

    I’ve been going to Persistence Athletics for last six months and it has been a great experience so far. The ambience is welcoming, the workouts are challenging in a good way, and the energy from everyone keeps me motivated to come back consistently. Trainer Ravi does an amazing job pushing and encouraging us, and the other members are also very supportive. I can genuinely see my fitness improving. Just six months ago, I never thought I would be able to do a pull-up, and now I can. That alone says a lot about the quality of training and support here. Highly recommend Persistence Athletics to anyone looking to get stronger and stay motivated.

    I’ve been training with Jacqueline for just about 4 years now, and I’m so grateful I found her and the team. I’m a professional dancer, I needed programming that makes sense for my body and our season at the ballet. She is always ready to accommodate and make a workout that makes sense for my workload. I went through a work-related ACL injury, and not being able to dance was really hard. Showing up, sweating, and making progress with my upper body strength with Jackie kept me sane! She kept me focused on what I could do and our workouts reminded me I was still moving forward. The vibe here is supportive, respectful, and honest. No ego. Just a solid place to get stronger :) thanks Persistence Athletics!
