Welcome to MOOV Sanctuary, Seattle's hottest destination for yoga and heated mat workouts. Step into our studio, where classes are a sweaty 85-89 degrees, infusing every movement with intensity and focus. As you flow through class, you'll sweat, stretch, and shake while being cheered on by our instructors. We can't wait to meet you on the mat. The MOOV Sanctuary is located at 3134 Elliott Avenue, Seattle, WA 98121. Parking is very limited, please plan your arrival accordingly. Door code is in your reservation email. Once on Elliott Ave, find the big, blue metal door on and key in the code (you can find it in your class reservation), then head up a flight of stairs to enter the MOOV SANCTUARY!
