I had a great experience at this location. It’s very convenient because they have Dr. Stephen Nevett and Associates on site, so you can get your eye exam and glasses all in one place. I chose this location mainly for the convenience, and the pricing is within the normal range for the area.
Remark that Barry Olivia took care of me and provided excellent service. He gave me very helpful advice, showing me options ranging from the most expensive lenses to more affordable ones, and clearly explaining the differences. He really listened to my needs and helped me choose what would work best for my specific situation.
After I received my glasses, I went back for an adjustment because the arms felt a bit tight. Barry handled it and did a great job. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing by how carefully he adjusted them and how he evaluated both the frame fit and the shape of my head.
Overall, very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Dr. Stephen Nevett and Associates. I don't think they are LensCrafters, but the Dr. Is in back so I will associate them together. To start with my insurance copay is $20, but they tell me upon check in that it will be $59, because they don't do eye dilation, but electro something or other. Scam in my book! I will just skip it! No way will I let them charge more for something that could be done cheaper.
After I posted but during my exam I was offered the old fashion dilation, which was covered by my insurance! I still think the way the do it is kind of up sale without all info, but the doctor was nice and the people were all nice. They are probably doing corporate up sell.
Do to service I raised it to 4 stars.

I had a great experience at this store (Northgate). Travis remembered me when I returned the second time and was very friendly, professional and efficient. There wasnt any sales pressure; only guidance and options. I really enjoyed the experience.

Their new location is by Barnes and Noble! I was wandering around the ice plex which is where maps sent me.
The staff was extremely friendly, caring, and professional. Dr. Nevett was very easy to work with for my eye exam. I will be going back!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
