- NPNick PavlakisDec 31, 20251.0Extremely disorganized. They keep missing prescription refill dates, even after multiple calls where they "assure" me everything will be ready. You can't reach them on the phone unless you are extremely lucky. They keep putting you on hold on purpose and never pick up. If I could give negative stars, I would.
- BTB TNov 3, 20251.0--Awful wait times--why are you sending out "prescription ready" notices when they aren't? I had to wait 2 hours for a single medication fill after they told me "Just twenty minutes" and was the only customer waiting for those two hours. What were they doing when there were zero other customers? I have worked in pharmacies before, and this is wildly unacceptable. Zero task prioritizing skills. --Staff was polite, but incredibly insensitive, unintentionally being quite offensive and almost HIPAA noncompliant with how they were speaking about information and dealt with customers. --None of the technicians, nor the pharmacist were trained on fairly simple and common functions of the Point of Sale system and software they were using. Why are you putting people in technician positions when they don't even know how to use your terminal????
- THTy HalleyJun 14, 20251.0Was left on hold for 1/2 hour trying to get a prescription filled. Then I hang up and call back. Then the person dropped the phone for another three minutes on the floor. And then when finally picks up, I’m like I’m trying really hard to fill a prescription. Is it normal for you to keep a person on hold for half hour? Oh, I don’t know anything about that. That wasn’t me.! Then I politely asked to speak to a manager After I fill my prescription. then the person screams over the phone that this person wants a manager I’m trying to go to lunch and then the phone is left on the counter and I hear all these conversations and complaints about my phone call And how they are tired of phone calls like this. Can’t make this stuff up! Maybe it’s time to find a new pharmacist. I normally get really good service here, but apparently not today.
