This place was my last resort. I’ve tried to collagen. I’ve been working out at Fast Fit for about 6 weeks now, and loving it. With 20 minutes twice a week, I’m honestly shocked at how quickly I’m getting stronger & feeling my body changing…in fact, my fancy pants scale at home shows my muscle mass and bone density increased & body fat decreased. Daniel & Marne are such knowledgeable & helpful trainers, and Daniel has helped me to work around a pre-existing wrist injury, & even my wrist is improving…just thrilled with the results so far & excited to continue on!

Best workout I’ve ever done! I can’t say enough good things about FastFit. The fact that I only go once a week for 20 minutes still blows my mind, yet I receive a full body workout and feel stronger, more toned, and more energized than I ever did at any traditional gym.
The workouts are short, efficient, and surprisingly fun. Their new technology makes the experience ever better!
The trainers are truly what make this place special. They’re kind, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable, and they always make me feel supported and challenged in the best way. I never feel intimidated, just motivated.
After moving back to Seattle I tried several different gyms, and this is the one that has stuck! I look forward to working out and love seeing the results. I recommend it to everyone I know!
