I have been a member at FastFit, Ballard location, for over a year. I workout 2x a wk for 20min sessions. I actually feel fit for the first time in a long time. I have gained strength/muscle which is essential given I am 70 years old. The staff/trainers are very knowledgeable and pay close attention to one’s form when performing each exercise. The equipment used tracks your progress so you can actually see your stats in real time, and also provides a history to reference as well. Adjustments/changes to the workout plan are made as needed. I actually love going to this fitness gym. By far a solid investment of my energy, time and money!

This place was my last resort. I’ve tried to collagen. I tried everything to lose the creepy skin and to feel more comfortable in mine; and nothing was complete until I met Marnie at the perfect Workout. I walked in there with an open mind, ready to change any and everything so that my body and mindset would change and after nine classes, I can’t imagine life without this. Marnie and Daniel are the complete package at Ballard location with their extensive knowledge, their patience and understanding and actually listening to what you’re looking for and recommending what you need! You can’t go wrong!! I’m sure you’ve already signed up for your first FREE class if not, what are you waiting for?

I’ve been working out at Fast Fit for about 6 weeks now, and loving it. With 20 minutes twice a week, I’m honestly shocked at how quickly I’m getting stronger & feeling my body changing…in fact, my fancy pants scale at home shows my muscle mass and bone density increased & body fat decreased. Daniel & Marne are such knowledgeable & helpful trainers, and Daniel has helped me to work around a pre-existing wrist injury, & even my wrist is improving…just thrilled with the results so far & excited to continue on!

I’m so glad I added FastFit to my workout routine! Marne and the other trainers are terrific and really help ensure you get the most out of every session. I’m super pleased with how fast I’ve seen results!

Frequently Asked Questions About FastFit

Do I really only need to work out twice a week?

Yes. FastFit uses isokinetic resistance training to make every rep count, so your muscles are fully challenged in a short amount of time. That’s why just two 20-minute sessions per week provide the right balance of stimulus and recovery to drive real, sustainable results.

How is FastFit different from traditional weightlifting or gym workouts?

Traditional workouts rely on selecting weights, which can lead to undertraining or increased risk of injury. FastFit uses isokinetic resistance training, where the machine controls the speed of movement—so your muscles stay fully engaged from start to finish. This creates a more efficient, effective workout in less time.
