A woman working here tried to take advantage of my elderly mother. She was trying to conduct a "private" sale of some "top of the line" hearing aids. Very unprofessional behavior.

great suggestions for an updated trial and changing from a cross set up with 2 hearing aides, one in a normal ear to assist hearing on the abnormal side, to only 1 hearing aide for the abnormal hearing ear. Lexi was so patient with questions and providing explanations that were easy to understand. Thank you!

They sent my father's hearing aids in to be repaired and lost the custom ear buds. They aren't any use to him without them. He has called repeatedly and they don't get back to him. Very disappointed in their customer service.
