I really enjoy the format which incorporates body weight exercises targeting each body part and then stretching within the workout. The owner is attentive and makes sure your needs are met. The instructors have great energy and offer hands on help. The routines and music are different for each instructor so it keeps me excited to come to class. Go for the unlimited class option so you really get into the routine. The schedule offers classes at different times though the day so I have no excuse not to work out.
