  DJ is great. Zero pain afterwards. DJ is attentive and asked me short term and long-term goals upon our first session. He also asks how I was feeling after the last session and if anything new is going on muscular/body wise before he starts. I recommend.

  I’ve been going consistently for the last 6 months have had significant improvement in lower back and neck pain. Better results than any massage I’ve ever had. DJ is the best and really works to understand each individual person and what works best for them. Plus he’s fun to hang out with for 50 minutes. So glad I found StretchLab!!

  I always have a wonderful experience at the Stretch Lab in Renton. The staff are all very knowledgeable about mobility and flexibility. I always leave feeling so much more in alignment! And it is a fun atmosphere! All of the stretchers have great personalities and really put me at ease.
