The Senior Care Clinic offers a supportive approach to caring for those 70 years and better. Offering longer appointments with your provider, the clinic focuses on coordinated, comprehensive care with an emphasis on prevention and wellness, as well as chronic disease management. The clinic has a pharmacist onsite who can work with you and your provider on medication selection, dosing and monitoring for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and more. The clinic also offers memory loss assessments and consultations by referral. The Senior Care Clinic is conveniently located in the Medical Arts Center building on Valley's main campus.
