- BBBhavnaJul 28, 20261.0I wish I could give this place negative stars. I used to be a huge fan of YogaSix, but my experience with the current manager, Elli Copeland, has completely changed my opinion. I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a year. I initially submitted my cancellation request well within the required notice period when the previous manager, Ruby, was managing the studio. However, after the management changed, my request was apparently not handled properly. Elli later responded to my email claiming that I had not provided sufficient notice and charged me $180. A change in management should never become the customer’s problem. If records are not transferred or previous requests are ignored, customers should not be penalized for it. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. Emails were not handled in a timely or responsible manner, and I was ultimately charged despite following the required process. I have never come across a manager who handled a customer’s concerns so carelessly. I hope YogaSix takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service.

Depending how you feel. Including cool classes. Clean facilities... They clean the yoga blocks for you, you just drop them off after class... Great teachers.. 🙏 Friendly staff and Community. I wish they had later classes so I could go after work, however the timetable is fair.
