  THIS LOCATION IS OPEN! Despite Google listing it as “temporarily closed,” it’s very much in business! Unfortunately, this misinformation cost me a wasted trip. I mistakenly relied on another location’s 7 PM closing time, arrived at 6:15, and discovered this store closes at 6. I had to call the next day just to confirm it was actually open! The silver lining? The store was unusually quiet! Normally, there’s a long wait at this time of year, but perhaps Google’s incorrect listing is keeping customers away. When I went again the next day, I was helped immediately! Now, the highlight: Andrew! Great customer service has become rare since COVID, so Andrew was a breath of fresh air! Knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect frames and lenses. It felt like stepping back in time when excellent customer service was the standard. Andrew deserves FIVE stars and recognition for his outstanding service! Unfortunately, LensCrafters loses one star for failing to maintain accurate business information. Fix your Google listing!

  I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist at LensCrafters. While I was filling out the paperwork for my eye exam, she repeatedly tapped her fingers on the desk and used impatient body language to rush me. She was also scrolling on her personal phone during the process. I tried to overlook these behaviors, but what happened next was unacceptable. While I was taking the time to read the terms and conditions before signing, she raised her voice and told me that everything was already covered by my insurance, pressuring me to sign immediately instead of allowing me to read the information at my own pace. Customers have every right to understand what they are signing, especially when it involves insurance and financial responsibilities. Her behavior showed a lack of patience, professionalism, and basic respect for customers. I also felt that the way I was treated raised concerns about possible racial bias. Although I cannot speak to her intentions, the interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

  0/5 stars for Muna. She’s extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I had the worse experience working with her. Clearly lacks knowledge of frames and lenses. She will try to push you to accept poorly assembled or defective frame just to close a sale. And double down if you ask any quesitons. This is based on multiple interactions working with her. Work with Scott or Andrew, if you really need to shop here or take your business somewhere else! Just due to Muna’s horrible customer service, I’d be taking my business somewhere else.
