Instead of giving up, she patiently troubleshot the issue, understood the policy in detail, and found a way to process the warranty correctly. She saved us a tremendous amount of time and frustration. Beyond that, Katie was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. She took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely valued as customers.
