Gym
We are 24/7 community gym located in the heart of Redmond, WA next to PCC market off Avondale RD. We provide a safe and clean workout environment along with having knowledgeable staff onsite. New ownership has taken over January 1, 2024 and have made some serious improvements and brought in new equipment. New bathrooms have full walk in showers changing area and new lockers. New red light sauna for member use at no extra cost. We have a variety of personal trainers for hire and offer silver sneakers, Prime, Active Fit, Renew Active, One pass and Silver Fit & well hub. We are excited to announce our new location 8,000 sqft Kirkland location.
